A Mitchell: Products are ok for the money. The plug socket tester seems to work well. The cable voltage detector pen doesn't always detect or bleeps for no reason (new batteries were put in just to be on the safe side).
For occasional they're ok. I'm not an electrician, if I were I'd most likey purchase a better quality bit of kit.

The old rocker: An important pair of tools for doing any DIY electrical work especially if you don't want to end up as a frazzled crisp.
My only bugbear is I assumed the socket tester had an audible warning buzz notifying if the socket was live, it doesn't. Not a big problem just annoying as many other versions do. Still, they seem reliable and definitely useful.

I have never received a better customer service. The new one feels sturdier.
Maybe I had a bad one because the nut felt flimsier than this one from the start. Still, it shouldn't have broken in the first place.
Original: Barely cuts 14 ga wire. Stripper part will cut the wire if you're not careful. Screw holding it sheared off after few use. Spend some money and get a quality tool that will last.
