It is well-designed and made. We used it at the end of the day for 15 minutes and the pain from plantar fasciitis is decreased considerably. We only have it since last November.

Love it! If you want the most relaxing foot massage ever, get this! I teach and I stand on my feet in my class a lot while teaching and engaging with my students. And believe me this is what the Doctor , ordered. It actually feels as if someone is massaging your feet. The controls let you set it from 1 through 3 in intensity. I am really pleased with this foot massager. it has different settings that are adjustable to what you feet need. There are adjustable heat settings also ( although even at the higher setting it is barely warm). Each session times out after 15 minute, but you can stop it at any time.
I have neuropathy in my feet and this gets the blood flowing and helps with the pain. I also stand on my feet most of the day at work and this is a great way to relax. I do wish the heat setting was a little warmer.

Product works fine. Heat is a bit weak (even on high). Massage balls tend to pinch a bit at the ankle making it a bit uncomfortable. Might be my size foot that is the issue but it isn't perfect. Otherwise it works as advertised. Case is flexible (not hard) and power cable is detachable (12V 2.5A power block used in many similar devices).

I am not entirely sure why the bottoms of my feet have been bothering me over the last few months, but I decided that I wanted my feet rubbed and I wasn’t going to get any volunteers.
It fits my feet (US W 8.5). It warms up. It squeezes my feet and rubs things against the bottom. Full run is around 15 minutes. I use it several times a week, and, on bad days, will run through the cycle twice. It makes a rather disturbing grinding noise when it runs; the dogs are not impressed and my husband finds it rather disturbing as well (not disturbing enough to volunteer to rub my feet, I note.)
I bought it (full price) few months ago and it still works well after regular use.
