John: This book has a lot of very useful information. Very informative. Useful "exercises" for preparing for negotiations of all types, both legally and psychologically. Explanations of what to expect and what to NOT to expect. Excellent info on how to motivate people of all types and in different situations. Really useful and insightful. Highly recommended.

Lisa Jackson: Rebecca Zung-Clough has given us another book that is not only incredibly useful for day to day life, but is also a fun read! Her skillful combination of research, professional experiences that span decades as a top divorce attorney, and personal anecdotes all blend beautifully to create a book that clearly and concisely maps out a much needed skill set. While the book is full of techniques and strategies, it is also very enjoyable to read - much like you are having a conversation about negotiating over lunch with the author! The most surprising element to me, though, was that this book is not only helpful as a reference guide in those major turning points in our life (divorce mediations, asking for a raise, or buying a house) - as I read the book I found that the concepts applied to so many situations in day-to-day life - encompassing all types of relationships with others that we carry every day. The author remains true to living life with integrity as her overriding theme.
