Quiet thinker:
They not only work to help stabilize my efforts but help keep me stable in run and walks and allow me to move daily toward my fitness goals. Funny thing is after I started wearing them they seem to have multiplied across the gym. I thought I might look odd using it but it appears to be useful to many older and younger fellows in the gym now.

It pretty much locks things in place. Without it, I’m in a lot of pain (may need meniscus surgery). With it, I walked 18 holes today. I had another brace like this with the stabilizing rods that was 15 years old, and I had machine washed it, so it wasn’t as effective, so I bought this one. This one feels good because the cup is very comfortable, and the rods (“springs”) are sturdy and pretty long. The compression is firm without being too tight. My knee pretty much doesn’t move with this on.
