Kelly: love this waist trainer! i ordered it as an item to use with my health group challenge. i found that it fits wonderfully and doesn’t ride up or down like most i’ve tried. i will be wearing this more than the two hours my challenge group requires since it is so comfortable

DanaDana: It fits as it said it would & the 3 Facts i really L❤ve about it is: it has a silver lining which is great for sweating out fat (in one of the hardest areas to lose) & the velcro does not have an end point u can attach it where ever u like on the entire waist band no matter how thin or thick u are
(as long as u have ur size) Did I mention it has a pocket for your cell phone to listen to your music while working out ( or walking the dog)..**AWESOME 2 THUMBS ALL THE WAY UP**👍👍
