The 1st day I took one pill and within an hour or two it kicked in because I jolted awake, the 2nd day and from then on I’ve taken two in the morning shortly after I have a quick breakfast. Tip: definitely drink water, I had a little bit of a headache but I chalk it up to I was taking in enough water as well. I’m not seeing the scale as progress but now I look physically.

With a little less water bloat/weight I can definitely see more definition in my bicep/shoulder area

It’s working for me but I imagine results will vary. You still need to work hard in the gym to utilize this correctly.

Definitely recommend and will buy again

I bought this product thinking it will help with bloating and water retention before the summer. The day I started the product I started having severe lower back pain. I stopped taking the pills and the pain went away after 24 hours. I thought maybe it wasn’t the pills so I started them again and again the excruciating back pain started . It was worse than my labour pains. I was completely disabled. I stopped taking the pills and again the pain went away. I tossed the bottle. I rather be slightly bloated for summer then confined to a bed. Just a warning to others liking to buy this product: Started taking the pills a few days ago and a few hours later I started having severe back pain. So I stopped. After the pain went away I thought maybe it wasn’t the pills and took another dose. The back pain came back. It was so bad I had to go to the hospital. They advise I immediately stop taking the supplements. The pain was worse than being in labour . I’d take labour over this. Just a warning to others looking to purchase the product. I’m ok with being a little bloated for summer than confined to a bed or a hospital

Anonymous3: Does work easily and without major physical issues but be sure to read up on some of the components in ingredient label. Not recommended for any type of diabetes. Returns are not allowed thru Amazon.

Dr. J: So first I will say it didn’t help me lose any weight and it didn’t meet my expectations. It completely changed my expectations. So the first thing I noticed was a bit more flexibility and not enough pain. While I know this was suppose to get rid of water it seems to help with inflammation. Next after just a couple weeks my nails and hair were growing faster. Especially noted with the nails, they were not as brittle and I no longer had white spots. Others noticed I was calmer and didn’t have much anxiety. I looked up the horsetail and dandelion and it appears these are some of the benefits.

I sure wish it helped with weight but it does nothing, directly! However, because my joints are not in pain and I feel better, I can’t imagine that will not lead to more activity and eventually drop some weight. I’d like to say, I’ll continue to use the product for these benefits but I may look around to see what else is out there.

The main reason I chose this product was because it is manufactured in the USA; not China, India or Mexico. However that doesn’t mean the ingredients are sourced in the USA as I’ve learned, but I’d hope that testing is done to ensure...

Shines: I started going to the gym everyday for about 4 weeks. I do a full hour of cardio. I gained a lot of weight in recent months due to lifestyle changes (not really visible according to others, but my clothes are too tight!!). After 4 weeks of cardio and my clothes fitting the same,
I did some thinking about my body over the years and realized I have always had water weight. So I looked into water pills, read reviews, and decided to try this.
I definitely sweat more during my cardio when taking this pill in the morning (even if my workout is at night).
After using this for 8 days in addition to 60 minutes of cardio + low calorie diet, I lost 5lbs according to my scale!!! I couldn’t believe it. I was nearly in tears. I have 15lbs more to go to be at my ideal body type (but then again, I’m not too worried if the number doesn’t drop drastically, as long as my clothes fit nicely again!)
I was so excited to see if I would lose another 5lbs/slim down in the next week. But then that’s when all the gyms here closed because of COVID19.

Once the gyms reopen and I’m able to get back to my normal routine I’m hopeful this will give me the results I’m trying to...
