Cavin Luis: Item came with missing parts I had to use parts of my old door handle since I already had a locksmith come the second time to install it and did not want to return the item.

John on 821: Installing this on a door that had a lever handle was not as difficult as I feared. Apparently, a lever door handle can break when pulling the door to slam it closed. In the packaging a template was provided to help me drill the hole in the correct spot for the bottom of the door handle. Other than that, the installation went very well.
If there were any thing I would like to have on this handle, it would be that the back side of the handle be filled with a cost-effective material, so I do not feel the two ridges of the handle backside. ABS plastic would do fine. Minus one star for this oversight.
