CHERYL K: I prefer the 100 mg pill which features Magnesium, and B vitamins. I take one on the days when I have way too much work. They help me to remain calm and focused even if I had a little too much caffeine. A very good product and it is natural. I do NOT take every day. I feel it is important to allow your own body to take care of itself. This product has made a difference, though, so if you think you may benefit, by all means try it.
