Craig Tough: Normal litter scoops have holes that are too large to filter fine litter crumbs. This one has 2mm holes that filter out smaller bits of waste that always fell through larger scoops. Works fantastic and saves litter so that I don't have to keep throwing out the litter that can't be properly filtered. Takes a little longer to sift due to smaller holes, but the scoop is deeper which really helps and it does an amazing job.

Bryon: I bought it to clean the bunny nuggets from the litter box, but didn't order the right sized holes--so my fault! The holes are too small for the litter I use. I love that it the product has different sized holes available--just make sure you pick the right one. It probably would have worked well other wise.

Arizona68: I bought this to try to get more particles out of the cat box than our current scoop does. The concept is genius, but this scoop will not work with clumping cat litter or any litter period. The holes are just too small. I could see using this with actual sand, but even then it’s still going to get clogged with large particles. I honestly have no idea what else you could use this with other than model railroading perhaps to flock scenery.

Mary M.: Recently, two kittens came into my life. My fiance and I got three litter boxes. Little did I know, the kittens would use the same litter box and only that one. It came with a scoop, but the scoop had too large of openings to sift the droppings. I searched for one with tinier holes so I wasn't throwing away so much litter. The handle w/ this scoop is comfortable and sturdy. It is easy to clean and doesn't dirty too easily. This scoop is very nice for pieces too tiny for a regular scoop. My only complaint is it just takes longer to clean the litter box bc you're basically sifting the poo out of the smaller holes, so that's kind of to be expected. Nice scooper!!!

Alicia: This is exactly what I was looking for. I have a large sturdy litter scoop that is my primary. The holes are so small on this one that it would take forever to use it as a primary scoop, and it's made of plastic so I don't think it would hold up. But my sturdy litter scoop has holes that are too big to catch all the small pieces of contaminated litter. I also have the Arm & Hammer litter box that comes with a sieve; those holes are also too big, and small bits of contaminated litter fall through the holes. I got this scoop to use after I'm done with my primary cleaning in order to get out all the little bits. I only scoop out the surface layer, half an inch of litter or less, to get the little bits. The holes are so small that it also collects the rocks that are apparently part of my litter.
