Cheryl: I bought this scoop feb 27th of 2022 it works great but I went to scoop my boxes yesterday and noticed that the handle on the scoop was broken. I don’t understand how it could have broken. I have another one I’ve had for a couple years and it’s fine. Could there had beets flaw in this one? Would love if you could replace the item.

Lynn M.: We have had this scoop for about a month, and I am seriously scooping the litter boxes more than before because it's enjoyable! Call me crazy, but it's just that this scoop feels so good to use after using a plastic scooper in medium heavy litter! And it is less stressful because the balls mostly come out neatly, sticking together (again, why I enjoy doing it because it's now easy and makes such a difference). Occasionally, a ball will still fall apart, but I don't have to change the litter out as often because it does a great job keeping balls together on the whole. It's nice that the metal is solid on the corner to scoop out the little pieces that have fallen apart. Litter does stick to it a little, but that's okay. It did with the plastic scoop too.

DalexlDalexl: I bought this scoop 12 years ago, it's amazing and very durable. We have 2 litter box now, so I figured I'd get another instead of going back and forward with the one scoop we have. Bought is so long ago, I would not remember the brand it was if it wasn't of the DuraScoop Logo stamped on the back.
I got to admit I'm not so happy about the new one. They seemed to have grind off the logo or it was not stamp or engraved properly. Ironically the feature that made me purchase another one is gone.

The Rebecca Review: If you like cleaning a litter box quickly and are fairly strong then you may enjoy using this metal litter scoop. I find it initially picks up a lot more litter than the smaller plastic scoops so can seem like it is heavier with all that litter it is moving around.
I am still strong enough to use it but I wonder if I will be in ten years! I think the scoop itself is very sturdy and does a good job with scooping close to the sides as it is strong enough to move the litter and sift it while you are getting clumps unstuck from the litter box. It also goes really deep into the litter.
The handle is comfortable. So young people will probably have no issues with this, it is us over 50 individuals who may have issues in ten years!

Judi: This design of this scoop is amazing! The entire scoop is metal but the handle is covered with a comfortable soft grip so the user doesn't have to touch the metal. Because it's metal, it doesn't bend and crack like my old plastic scoops. The scoop itself is just deep enough for my kitty's jumbo litterbox and the openings just far enough apart to lift out the clumps and turds without sacrificing the clean litter. The unvented inside corners at the sides of the scoop also allow small pieces to be lifted out.

lee taylor: Great product. We moved to compostable Wood pellet cat litter and our old scoop was just taking way too long. This thing is massive and it flys through doing the litter
If there was only 1 criticism its a little heavy but all in all it is a great choice for what we needed. Recommend

Kelsey Gallant: Larger slats make for no sift scooping. Just lift and let it fall through,
no more accidentally shaking the logs back into the pan trying to get the useable litter back out!!
Does not look or feel like its going to bend like other metal scoops I've used.
Comes with adorable self adhesive hook with Cacti on it!
