Im charging my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid with this product. At nearly 6 KW output, the van charges up in just over 2 hours... vs 12 when using the 120 V charger that came with the Van. To say the least, I was 'tickled pink' with the results and very happy with my purchase.
The downside is that you have to share the outlet with the dryer, but, unless you're doing laundry every nite, it shouldn't be a huge hassle. I actually purchased a splitter and make sure the car is not charging before using the dryer... else the breaker will pop.
Issues: It is VERY tight and hard to plug in/out of the van. I tried another brand before settling on this one, so I know it isn't because it is 'new' and needs to break in. Ive used many other chargers outside and not had this issue.

I wanted a level 2 charger that would work with the existing wiring in my house. I have a gas clothes dryer so I also have an unused dryer socket. This charger plugs into that socket, so I avoided adding new wiring. (Note, newer houses may have a different socket for the dryer).
My car is a CMAX Energi. The internal charger on that car (like many plug-in hybrids) can only accept a maximum of about 3KW, so this charger is easily capable of charging the car at it's maximum rate.
If you have a pure EV, this is not going to be the fastest charger you could get, but it will still give a reasonable charge overnight (about 75KWh in 12 hours) and would completely charge a Nissan Leaf or Chevy Bolt (for example) in that time.
I like the display on this charger - it lets me know exactly how much charge my car is taking, which is another way of keeping an eye on the battery health.
Construction of the charger seems very solid, so although I'm writing this review after only 6 weeks of ownership, I feel that I can look froward to a long life from this charger.

Bought the mustart EV charger, and the J1772 connector breaks after a month use. The broken piece was a brittle metal. Scared to use it anymore without the spring lock. Anybody let me know if I can replace this spring based lock notch on the connector. For the time I used it, performed really good on my Nissan Leaf and Tesla M3. Charger drew 5.6KWH @ 24Amp.
My Level 1 charger connecter is more plastic and more durable.
