The book speaks about the importance of strategy and how one can develop it. One thing I dislike about it is the way the sentence formation is broken and topic jumping in between. One we get the essence of the book it soaks in.

This book was recommended to me by one of my wrestling coaches during my jr. year of highschool. Reading this book has extremely enhanced my skills on the mat. I now train Jujitsu and the principles and strategies equally translate. I recommend taking your time while reading this in order to get the most out of it. Meditate on and practice each strategy/principle from this book during every training session and your game will undoubtedly improve.
