It works, however, if you can stand the ruckus.
It can also be a bit annoying to lock. I have had others in the past that click easily and this one you have to play around with for awhile.

Alex: Still works after two years. Works well for hummus, pesto, making breadcrumbs, crushing graham crackers for a pie crust. It cleans up well, only three small pieces that you can toss straight in the dishwasher. If you want to chop veggies for a Mirepoix/etc you'll have to do them one at a time. Filling more than 1/3 full will result in an uneven chop, and that's not even a full cup of ingredient. It has a loud motor that practically screams.

It's good for certain things but I upgraded to a serious full size food processor, which honestly doesn't take up much more space but is better in every imaginable way. This one will be adequate but will eventually make you want to upgrade. The price also went up $20 since I bought this Mueller, got it for $30 in 2021, which would make it an even harder sell if I were to buy it today.

Mechalogica, LLC: OVERVIEW: This is a medium-sized food processor. I've owned smaller ones (2-cup, whereas this one is 3-1/2) and most of them didn't work well. I like the size of this one. The "small batch" retainer baffle is brilliant. I was able to finely chop parsley stems and use them as an ingredient instead of throwing those stems away. (Pro tip: don't toss flavor in the trash or down the drain. For example, deglaze any pan that has collected stuck brown residue, that's concentrated flavor!)

I bought it to make salsa and hummus. It looks like a perfect small-batch appliance.

WHIPPING: The whipping tool looks like it will do an adequate job. The key is to be very vigilant with the cream because it will turn from whipped cream into butter RAPIDLY once the cream starts to set. I've whipped cream by hand and it's worth learning how to make a machine do it.

I suspect that the whipping tool will make fluffy omelettes like Waffle House used to make using a milkshake blender. Come to think of it, the whipping tool will probably make a great milkshake, too.

SPEED CONTROL: I think I would rather have two speeds instead of the Forward/Reverse motor control. I suppose that...

Amazon Customer: I made the mistake of not reading/ checking the reviews before purchasing it. I made the purchase back in July, and didn’t really have the need to use the food processor. I only purchased it, because it was on sale. Yesterday, I was hosting some friends over and had to prepare some food that required the use of the food processor. I pulled it out of the box, and quickly assembled it and plugged it in. The food processor does not turn on. At first, I thought that I had assembled it incorrectly. Today, I checked the manual, but it did not have good instructions. Therefore, I went to YouTube to try to figure out how to assemble it. With no luck on finding a video, I came to Amazon to see if there was any videos associated to the product. Then after digging and reading through some of the reviews, I noticed that I had correctly assembled it, and that the product just does not work. Some reviewers mentioned that they had their items replaced. Unfortunately for me, I can’t return it since it past the return window, so now I am stuck with a product that is damage and for which I can’t get my money back. So unless you want to waste your time and money, don’t buy this food...

Sherri Burnett: EDIT: I initially gave this product 1 star due to it only working the first time I received it and not after that, trying a few times. I posted my review of my disappointment. The seller contacted me directly and offered to send me a replacement as they care very much about their customer's satisfaction. I really appreciate the effort and reaching out to me to replace the none working item for me at no cost and I don't have to send back the none working one. For that, 5 stars. Thank you very much!!! Stuff happens and malfunctions, it is the integrity of making something right that makes a great business person. AND The replacement works great!!!!
