Melinda: So far so good! And that says alot! We have bought at least two heavy duty staplers a year because they constantly jam up or break. This one hasn't jammed once. I will say, we only use it with the staples provided. Great buy!

MamaSox: I bought this stapler 2 years ago. (It works fine - gets jammed sometimes as all staplers do, and I have to watch a YouTube video every time I refill the staples to figure out how), but I'm happy with it overall, considering the price. ***The reason I came to write a review is that somehow I lost the metal piece that slides on the back to hold the staples in. I went to Mr. Pen website and asked where/how/if I could order that replacement part. THE SAME DAY, they emailed me back asking for my address so they could send me the replacement for free! THAT ALONE is worth being a Mr. Pen loyal customer!

Mark Samuel: When I first took the stapler out of the box I thought it was too small and fragile for big jobs. However when I put the clip in and stapled multiple sheets it worked like a charm. So far so good.
