Anon: Works great, cleans easy and is pretty fast. The only thing that isn't great is how loud it is which is probably all grinders.

Martha U.: I really liked this grinder, it was working perfectly fine, until yesterday, it stopped working.
So it has a life of use of one year and 4 months. I just contacted MR. coffee to see if there is a solution, I will eventually update the review with their answer.

They replace the product!, it was so easy, great customer service, I'll be definitely keep shopping products with them.

Lori: This is a pretty good grinder. I use it weekly to grind enough coffee for the week. If you add too much coffee into the grinder to the fill line then it doesn't grind all the way. I do like the different settings it has though.

Amazon Customer: This is a great little machine for me. I have started grinding beans at home to use in my espresso machine I got recently. I am a novice at this, but I read about the kind of grind you need for espresso versus coffee. This is decently priced in my opinion because espresso grinders use a different kind of method than regular coffee bean grinders to get a fine consistency. This is not an espresso grinder with burrs to grind the coffee, but it does a great job in my opinion. And for the price I am happy with it. It has 3 levels of grind and is really easy to use. It is loud, like a blender but that’s okay with me. If you are on a budget this is a great option.

David Keast: I have had a few coffee grinders over the years. This is the best one yet. It is sort of the 2nd generation of Mr. Coffee bean grinders and has a lot of great features. I really like the fact that it is automatic -- you don't have to hold the button down. It has 5 grind settings instead of 3 that the previous style had. It is easy to set the number of cups that you are grinding. If you always do the same number of cups, you don't have to change it. I have read lots of reviews about how noisy it is -- not much louder than any other grinder that I have had. If you set the grind, put in the recommended amount of beans, and select the number of cups, it grinds perfectly. The cleaning is the same as the old style -- twist the cap back and forth and it cleans the grinds off the sides and bottom. Not sure if some people writing reviews actually understand how this thing works. Don't let the negative reviews put you off -- it works great!

Dapperdobbs: It's an improvement over the "hold-down" button version. Very easy to set the volume and grind, no need to change that. Very minor little things hardly worth mentioning but that could be improved, I think, are the lid fittings and the somewhat delicate plastic, so you do have to be careful to line up the little arrows and do not force it. But improvement there would probably make it more expensive. I use mine every day and it's very easy and tidy. Fill it, push the button, and it empties out neatly into a filter basket, too. I have no idea how it would compare to a big grinder, but from what I've seen of those, they are complicated and require regular cleaning, and still may grind unevenly.
