Katie: I use this brush every time I wash my tires, which is normally at least every other month in the summer and fall, and a few times over the winter depending on the weather. The ergonomic handle feature is kind of missed on me, I find that I have to hold the brush closer to the head to get a good scrub with better pressure. I see where they were going with the curve of the head but I don't find it at all necessary when you're actually scrubbing a tire and trying to get muck off. The bristles are very firm, almost a bit too much when the brush is new, a little more give would be helpful.

jlc1020: This is a nice stiff bristle brush that does a good job cleaning tire walls. My only gripe is that it's a bit awkward to hold while scrubbing. I wish I could palm it instead of having the stubby handle.

Brent Gilmore: This is an excellent brush for cleaning tires. It has a contour that makes it extremely easy to use. It’s a bit stiff so I don’t recommend it for wheels but you can’t go wrong if your looking for a good tire cleaning brush.

Gerard: Only given this tyre brush 4 stars because it is a little on the large size for cleaning/scrubbing low profile tyres.. The bristles are quite still too, but if kept well lubricated this won't be a problem.. but be careful if you have black rims as it could cause scratches..
I do part time car valeting so it will get used on other peoples cars but will have to buy a smaller one for my own car and for customers with low profile tyres so back to using the dish brush for now..

CGP-Toronto: I wrote a review for Mother’s wheel brush and I am just sand pleased with the tire brush. Their other brushes on the market that are cheaper and still good but the value that you receive from Mother’s tire brush is well worth the price: First the contoured brush is perfect for any tire (I would think, I haven’t tried truck tires). The handle grip is perfect for applying that little extra elbow grease to get dressings, grease and grime off your tires. It also helps to have a great tire cleaning product as well but this tool will definitely make sure that no part your tire is missed. I highly recommend this product a must for any detailer or ordinary car washer.

Ian Thomas: This tyre brush has become an essential part of my car cleaning method. First, I spray the tyres with  Bilt Hamber Surfex HD  diluted to around 3%-5% concentration, then I give them a good brush with this Mothers Tyre Brush in a circular motion around the tyre, taking care to avoid contact with the wheel itself to prevent any scratches on the clear coat. Then I rinse with a spray of clean water and finish off with a suitable tyre dressing such as  Autoglym 500ml Instant Tyre Dressing  or  Auto Finesse SAT500 Satin Tyre Gel . The brush gets into all the little ridges/gaps in the tyre surface, and in between the tyre and the wheel rim where are the mud and dirt seems to hide.

This brush is meant to be used at a right-angle to the tyre, as it has a slightly contoured shape to fit the bulge of the sidewall perfectly. However, I have low profile sports tyres (Michelin Pilot Sport 3 225/40 ZR 18) so I actually use the brush held parallel to the tyre, and then it is almost exactly the same height as my tyres and works just fine. It is comfortable to hold and the non-slip handle coating works very well. The rubber "bumper" around the edges of the brush head...
