P. Mendelberg: NIce set of brushes. Might end up using horsehair brush to brush clothes. The plastic bristle brush seems nice for now, but I've had others that seemed nice and after a year the brush bristles start breaking off making more of a mess that what one is brushing away. So I can say how durable this one might be. The handles are comfortable.

Final touch: The brushes are awesome I run a detailing shop and use them every day so far they have been holding up, even the soft one I use for leather and soft surfaces and it doesn't leave any hairs behind like the other cheap ones I have. Great value.

I was so pleased with these when they came in the mail. I have been detailing cars (and boats, airplanes, RV's, etc.) for over 30 years and recognize quality brushes when I see them. Not only could I tell these are quality materials, but the ergonomics of the handles are also superior to the traditional, flat, oblong, or iron-handle scrub brushes.

One of the most ideal things about this set is just that: it's a set.

Meaning: you get both a heavy duty scrub brush, along with a soft scrub brush. The soft scrub brush is made of horse hair, and like boars hair (the two most common natural hair scrub brush material bristles used) get softer/gentler when they get wet.
