Mary: I've really wanted these and they've been out of stock, finally got the "last one" at a reduced price. Charged them all day and couldn't wait for them to light at night. WOW way beyond my expectations. Beautiful colors and the "light" somehow goes out to the ends of the leaves with a sparkly effect. Couldn't take my eyes of of them as they changed colors. Now the downside, which probably isn't normal: we are going through a nasty heat wave, temps over 100. The 2nd day they were in the sun all day, I found them with the leaves fallen off, the glue melted! Thankfully I managed to squish them back on, getting the melted hot glue on my fingers while trying to keep more from falling off. I figured they were ruined, moved them to a shady area under the porch . . . and they came back on that night! I would definitely get more but now know better than to leave them in full all day sun here in the desert.

janet walsh: I ordered 2 of the sunflower design in January but didn’t put them out until early April. One looks really lovely, colorful & brilliant when it got dark. The changing colors make it very attractive. BUT the second one never lit up, even when I tested it beforehand. I still exposed it to direct sun for over 8 hours but…nothing. After a few days I threw it out. Because I waited too long to try them out, it was past the returnable date so I basically paid for two but only got one.
My advice is to test them out as soon as you get them.

These wind chimes sound lovely! So much so I bought a second set for another area of the house.
Mine have now been hanging outside for several months, there are no cracks in the wood or appearances of breaking in the twine.
Also, they shipped extremely fast.
Would I buy these again? Yes.
Should you buy these if you like wind chimes? Absolutely.
