You stick the little thing wherever you want it, and plug the big thing where you can hear it. That's it! I chose two different sounds for two doors, and now I know which one has visitors. So far, so good - happy with them.

Joanne Simeone: I purchased this for my daughter. She has a 6 yr.old boy. I thought he might like to see it lighted up. There were many, many chime choices, which could also entertain him. And they could have a reliable door chime that is weatherproof.

Donna Schlacter: i needed to replace my front door bell which died after about 10 years. I could have installed another one just like it, but decided to go with a wireless bell instead so I didn't have to play with screw drivers and wires etc. I like the selection of chimes and the fact that I am able to plug the sound box into a power strip.
