Jennifer Rollins: I am awful at making pancakes so when my boyfriend requested I make crepes I was pretty intimidated.
This little gadget is fairly easy to learn.
I took the advice of a previous commenter and turned it off some while cooking. It is hard to clean the edges and impossible to not get batter there. The crepes are very thin, unlike the place I go to buy them. But they are a BIG hit,, just give yourself at least an hour.
Also, if you use cooking spray gently wipe most of it off or it will make it where the batter does not stick at all.

Kate: Even if you are a beginner in the kitchen this tool allows you to make perfect crepes! You can’t mess it up. Clean up isn’t bad, no worse than making them in a pan. You get perfect thin crepes and if you are making a chocolate crepe cake it makes them very quick!

Melissa B: Love love love! Easy, quick and simple. You can use any crepe recipe and make them ahead and store in the fridge too. But quick enough to make fresh daily.
Just be sure the batter is not too dry or it will not stick to the machine. Highly recommend!

Brent Bailey: Good crepe maker, not enough instructions, no recipes shld have for the price.. you need to let it heat for 5 minutes once done, you need to soak it for at 5 sec. Easier to use if you use a recipe with a little bit of oil. Otherwise works well, cord could be a little longer

Em: Easy to use but only makes really thin thin crepes. And I can't figure out how to not get a little bubble/hole after lifting it off.
But it works well and cooks fast and is easier to use than pouring batter into a pan.

Barb B: These inverted pans are a game changer for crepe making. Making it as easy as toasting bread. There is a cool end to the pan, but it doesn’t prohibits the crepes from cooking through without having a not as cooked end or a burnt end. This one with that pan dipper is the best as using plates make it messy and more difficult with not getting proper dip and thickness. The batter dipper pan is just a large important as the actual inverted cook pan when buying these.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: The media could not be loaded.  Product does make decent crepes, but you have to understand how to make crepes. This product has no recipes included and the instruction manual is a hilarious attempt at probably Chinese to English.
So here are the basic instructions.
1. Google "Crepe Mix". I chose Martha Stewart. Real easy to make if you have a blender. If your store has crepe mix, you can try that too. Don't use pancake mix, even though they may say you can. Pancake mix has a rising agent that's not in crepe mix and there's a different water to flour ratio. (just take my word for it). After making batter, pour into white bowl that comes with the pan.

2. Pre-heat your new crepe pan. Not much here. Plug in, turn on, red-light, wait about 5 minutes.

3 Gather tools. Silicone spatula and maybe some silicone tongs. Also a tray lined with wax paper and some paper...
