Mommy of 5: I love that this thermometer offers two ways to take a temperature, and that you don't need probe covers. That being said, this thermometer is not good for anything but a kid's toy. It is so completely unreliable. If you take a temperature the same way in the same location multiple times, the results should all be very similar if not exact. I took my daughter's temperature both in the ear and forehead five times in each location (to test accuracy)... and got five drastically different readings in each area. If you're looking for a reliable, accurate thermometer this is definitely not it.

Marcus Olivas: This has been a great thermometer, has been pretty accurate, we have to take our sons temp. a lot and this has been perfect. Easy to use and has three settings for different age groups. Can make it not have a beeping sound for silent readings which are nice. Comes with a nice carry bag which has been perfect for travel to keep it clean. Like that it can also do ear readings along with forehead. So far has been great and working awesome.

Alan/Lee: It's very important to follow the instructions carefully. When I first received this, I was holding down the measure button until it beeped, waiting for a reading. This was incorrect. The memory button is pressed and immediately released, then it reads very quickly. Now that I figured it out, I like this thermometer. I get the same reading by forehead and in the ear.

WCWC: I wanted to get a thermometer to replace my existing manual thermometer which is slow and has questionable accuracy. This thermometer is easy to use and the results come in in less than 1 second. When I got it the setup was easy - I opened the package, put in the batteries (which came with it), and clicked and it was ready to go. You press the Power button to turn it on, then Start when you're ready to record a temperature. It beeps almost immediately with the result after you press Start. It has a large screen with the temperature printed clearly. There's also a button where I think you can switch the button so it knows what age range you are using the thermometer on. Overall this thermometer is easy to use, fast, and a lot more convenient than my old thermometer.
