Laisa: At first I received a damaged package it was very easy to return and got the replacement within the next day so that made be very happy to know they worked so quickly to solve my issue ! The product reads temperature fast and effective, it is a little tricky to work it at first but if it’s not working with the batteries they came with try a different pair that worked for me👍🏼

Steve V.: We purchased this item due to the pandemic for accurate temperature monitoring. Easy to use and is very accurate as we also use an oral thermometer. Due to job requirements and our protection in the work place; we read our temperatures every morning. Battery life is very good and the LCD screen is very easy to read.

Melissa Kile: This thermometer has it's good and bad.
First, yes it is a little confusing to use, but reading the manual on it will help you understand the buttons a little more.
Second, my thermometer had a hard time choosing between forehead mode and ear mode, but then I noticed the forehead cap wasn't on all the way. Once I pushed the cap on correctly it stop switching back and forth.
Third, the thermometer gives me different reading each time when I use it. I just didnt know if i was doing something wrong or not.
Fourth, the thermometers Memory mode is nice to have when someone is sick and you have to pull up the few times you last check your temp.
Lastly, I had a hard time trying to figure out the environmental mode.
Overall, I dont see it as a bad buy, reading the manual is very important to understand the functionality. Their is only 2 buttons on the item. I was able to get successful readings which are varied readings of like 97.7 - 98.2. So I absolutely understand that I am not running a fever.
