Jonathan D Hough: As a larger man, I bought this product because I prefer to stay extra clean. Like the dozen other brands all made in china, by the same mfg likely, it has some pros and alot of cons. It has great reach, and is very portable. When it works, its great, but that is less than 10% of the time. I have to mash the button down and shake the unit repeatedly to get it to spray and when it does it is only for a fraction of a second. I've changed the batteries in and out, etc, and it never wants to work correctly.

AH: This thing is a huge piece of crap, pun intended. The first couple times we used it, it worked fine. But after maybe half a dozen uses, it takes five or ten times of pushing the button to get it to turn on and when it does, it might only last 2 seconds. Then you have to sit there and hit the button five or ten times for two more seconds of run time, etc. For the price, this thing should be flawless and of course because it’s a travel bidet and we don’t use it often, we’re past the return window. Don’t waste your money, just get a manual squeeze bottle type travel bidet.

D. Praver: As many others have reported, it won’t stay on. It will run for maybe 5 seconds, then stop. After pushing buttons, waiting, turning it upside down or whatever else I can think of, it comes back on for a few seconds and then stops. It’s great when it works. I have reported to the seller and awaiting a response. 2 weeks later….I discovered that the bidet must be held straight up and down in order to stay on and running. Seller offered to send a replacement; now I’m not certain that I need it. 2 days later….just received a free replacement. Seller quickly responded to my inquiries, fully supported their product, and did everything right in dealing with me as a customer. This is a good seller to deal with!

LShaff: Works very well and easy to use. Not as powerful as a home bidet. But gets the job done.
