Nancie Fancie: I got this to make some low and no alcohol creations from Derek Brown's book "Mindful Mixology."
So much faster than muddling fresh fruit, and the flavor is more concentrated than a fruit juice so you're less likely to alter The intended consistency of the cocktail. I really love it with a drink that includes tonic, because tonic will cut the sweetness nicely. Giving 4 starts because this may be too syrupy with things other than tonic, such as teas or sparkling water.

Online shopper junkie: This syrup is so rich and flavourful! Not a super thick consistency, a light syrup. It is sweet, which is why it works well with alcohol :)
I mix this with 1.5 oz gin. 3/4 oz of syrup, top with tonic water or soda and a squeeze of lime. Excellent!
