I really like the way this towell rack looks. Goes great in my bathroom and looks close to the light fixture design. I don’t like how it connects to the plate however. I put it up original in the dry wall but was way to shaky. I put it into the stud hoping it wouldn’t wobble as much. Still wobbles but I feel it will hold better. Fixture is not flush with the wall and r impossible to tighten once up on the wall. Finding the correct angle to tighten is near impossible. I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

I wasn’t happy that it was not flush with the wall. I tried something different. I took it off, I put a lot of the sparkle inside where it attaches to the wall. Since I wasn’t able to put the screws all the way into the stud, I figured the sparkle would dry and harden around the screws. Now it lays flush against the wall, doesn’t wobble. Doubt I’ll ever remove it because it looks great with my other fixtures. Now I am very happy and pleased that i kept it. I hope this will help others with the same problems.

As expected and easy to install. As someone else pointed out, it would have been great if a person could reverse which way the opening faced but cannot with this product.

I bought a bunch of pieces from the Moen Voss collection and I'm really happy with all of them. They feel heavy duty and look sleek and contemporary like I imagined. No problems installing either. I love how the towel goes on Eisner than those with a full ring.
