Diane G.: I like this product, but the description says it includes the mounting hardware and the tool. Our kit did not come with the tool. And the setting screw is not a standard flat-head screw. Pretty hard to set the tiny set screw at the bottom without the tool. I contracted the seller, and they offered to refund a small amount, but they dont sell the tool separately.
