The towel ring looks as advertised and feels solid. The reason I gave it 5 stars is the hardware for installation. It comes with a good drywall anchor and screw which secure a black plastic cylinder. You push the base of the towel rack over the cylinder which will click into place securely.
I've installed a number of these types of bathroom hardware pieces over the years and most have bases that are secured by adjusting a small screw under a bracket. These frequently do not fit well or over time start to fail in one way or the other. This system seems, at least initially, to fit better and be less prone to issues with the base rotating.
