This is a very good motion sensor faucet with well thought out features like a 2 minute shut off if you forget to wave goodbye :).
I left the old faucet I when I got up at night without my hearing aids, which made me the subject it ridicule as you can imagine.
Now I can get a glass of water anytime and walk away unworried. It is a little tricky getting the glass out of the way while the water is still running.
The installation is not complicated except most of it will be done on your back under the sink. It was a difficult position for a 72 year old.
The faucet worked perfectly until it stopped as I was cleaning up. What could it be? A google search produced lots of similar complaints. I backtracked what I had done - bingo I added an extra weight to make the spray hose zip back in place. Once the extra weight was removed, the faucet worked perfectly. The moral is don’t improvise.
Now to get a hands free bathroom faucet with variable temperature.

Item received was with black control box (with 3 lines) however, the photo display was grey colour control box with 6 lines. Black color control box was the old model with less features.

Let's talk about the Moen Motionsense. Quick preface before getting into the finer points: Great quality and looks fantastic.
Now the good stuff. Installation was a bit tricky only because I had never done a Motionsense-style faucet before. I'm glad I did however, because nothing is worse than touching the faucet handle with your hands after handling raw meat. I don't know about you, but that makes me very paranoid.
I don't want to accidentally ingest unusual pathogens and get sick, all because I'm touching my sink in a place that I'm not supposed to. I'm surprised more homeless people aren't hospitalized after munching on dumpster hors d'oeuvres. Is it possible to build a resistance against such pathogens? I don't want to find out, and I suspect you do not either, if you are in the market for a faucet like this.

I absolutely love this faucet! The pull out hose is great for cleaning fruits and vegetables, washing dishes and cleaning the sink! When you switch from stream to spray, you can adjust how hard the spray is and you can move the faucet head to be as close or as far away as you need it to be. (Keep in mind that the switch from stream to spray is regulated by water pressure. So, you can't turn the water down to a trickle and expect the spray to stay on.) You can have it turned on pretty low though. We have to turn ours on about 1/4" of the way to full open before we can get the spray to stay on. But that is just about perfect for the spray pressure when you want it soft, and it works great!
It is very easy to install, looks great, and works great! The reflex works wonderfully. If you need the pull out extension to be short for a single basin sink or long for a deep well double basin sink, it works either way. You decide how long you want it to be. The faucet comes with a weight that you simply clip on the pull out hose under the sink, which determines how far you can pull the faucet out and how far back it reflexes.
