CampQn: We do some winter traveling and this bag has always kept stuff dry. I don't recall any moisture build up with any usage. We travel over mountain passes in snow, rain, hail. It is sturdy and huge! Takes up alot of my tacoma bed. My only advice would be to bring it to room temperature before use. It's pretty stiff when it's cold but at room temp, it's more pliable. Also, make sure zippers are completely zipped and flap is folded down covering the zipper all around bag. Just a suggestion. Would purchase again and highly recommend.

Preston PorterPreston Porter: Great quality product - gonna come in handy on trips... But, if you want it to look like a cargo box you'll need to build a frame out of PVC. Be sure to use Schd 40 heavy gauge PVC. I didn't glue the fittings in case I want to take it apart for easy storage. There are so great YouTube videos out there if you need help.

We put 2 suitcases along with other items in it. With it fully loaded, we were still able to open/close the hatch.

Nancy Koberle: This worked well for one trip, but by the time I was home all of the Velcro tabs were starting to fall off. I used a special glue made for shoe repair to reattach them and it has been fine. It was a pain to find an adhesive and have to repair the product since the warranty had already passed for return.

richmac: This is a thick, heavy, strong rubber, rectangular bag. Just used it for an 1,100 mile drive. It is awkward when you first unravel it - I had a couple of boxes, so pushed those in opposing corners and it then worked like a charm and fit my carrier perfectly. I fit in a large load of gear, and it does help to be able to push the first couple of boxes to opposing sides - it is much easier to use when moving rigid forms. Turn up the velcro cover, zip it closed, then pull the velcro cover back down over the zipper. Incredibly strong and water proof. the straps take a few minutes to figure out, but then hold incredibly well.

A. StarkA. Stark: I made a frame using 2x2 wooden boards. this gives it great rigidity and makes it easy to ratchet down on my hitch rack. As you can see in the picture it pools water on top after a rain, which means your stuff is dry, but you do have to be careful opening. Note: length is 57 inches on inside for frame. I went 57x18x23 and its tight but the zipper still closes. Great addition for my van. Gets all the camping gear outside.
