This thing is hallow. I was expecting it to be solid. And there is paint chips. And now after a week or so of rain its starting to rust. Want to return but I don't have the box anymore

Qualité de la peinture 1/5 mais pour le prix ça vaut la peine. Un petit coup de sablage et de vrai peinture anti rouille et au lieu de payer 1000$ le rack il reviens beaucoup moins cher et la qualité overall est bien .. sauf la peinture

This is a good occasional use rack. Easy to assemble and easy to clamp down on the roof rails.
The paint on this does chip easily and rusts quickly. You get what you pay for. This is a very economical roof rack.
Mine arrived damaged but the company’s customer service was top notch. They immediately responded and made the situation right.

This product pleasantly surprised me with the sturdiness and weight of the actual frame. It was definitely better than expected. The quality of the paint/coating seems to be very good as well.
Not only was the frame built well, but the ratchet straps and all the hardware seem to be of great quality as well.
To top it off, the whole package came to me very well in tact, and the layout of the packaging was very well done and put together. Will definitely be purchasing more products from this company for myself and as gifts to others in the future.

5 stars for not fitting??? 2022 Mazda CX 5 roof rack crossbars are NON-adjustable. This roof cargo carrier is, as advertised. No paint chips as some other buyers have complained. Easy to assemble and install. I’m 77 and put it on top of the car by myself. Cargo stays secure......the net is a sturdy bonus.
5 stars for customer service. One of the threads on one u-clamp was not turned properly, making the knob harder to put on. The u-clamps aren’t a standard measurement, but Mokins immediately accepted my replacement suggestion and refunded me the price I paid for the replacement. The whole process took only 2 days.
The carrier does not fit properly on my CX5 because the CX5 cross bars are not adjustable.....not because of the carrier design. I’ve had to adjust the rear u-clamps as the Mokins instructions show you NOT to do. However, after a couple of trips on winding, bumpy roads the carrier remained secure. I’ll check before and during each trip we make.
