Jacqueline: The item spews water all over and comes out from the top as well as the bottom. I was sent a 2nd machine since the 1st one was malfunctioning. I received the 2nd machine on July 28th. I was excited about being able to finally make a cup of coffee only to set the new one up and no water run’s through it goes through the process as if it is going to brew the coffee nothing comes out and it just shuts off the machine. An e-mail was sent stating the 2nd machine was not working. I was told to send a video of what the machine was doing. Provided the video as requested. Then I was told troubleshoot the problem. I also did what was instructed to do. I was not sure why I had to troubleshoot a supposedly brand new machine. Went through the process of doing that and the machine still does not work. I emailed back stating that did not work. I was told they would send me another machine. I notified Mixpresso that I did not want a 3rd machine that won’t work that I want my MONEY BACK since that email I have not heard from anyone about receiving my money back. I don’t recommend anyone buying this product it is total GARBAGE. Now I have to spend more money to get a coffee maker that truly...

L Henne: Read all the reviews of tons of different K-pod coffee makers. Decided to go with this one instead of a Keurig for our 1st. The Keurigs seem not to last very long for the price. It looks great on our counter. Very sleek & takes up minimal space. We've only had it 3 days but, so far, It works beautifully! Makes each cup quickly, nice & hot. We did have difficulty 2X getting the top to latch with the pod in it but I believe that was operator error. I will update if there are any issues but right now we couldn't be more pleased & are so happy with this beautiful coffee maker!

Still love this coffee maker. We have had 2 issues but they're not deal breakers. One day about a month in, water came out & the electronics started flashing off & on. Nothing worked. My husband took into his shop area &, with a compressor, blew out the the any dust, etc from inside. It has worked perfectly ever since. The 2nd issue, the holder for the k-pod is removable. The bottom thing that pierces the k-pod won't pierce whne in the coffee maker. Kindle Customer: This is a lovely machine but the actual volume size they say you’re going to get is way out to lunch. The 14 oz size in my old coffee maker filled my cup up just right. This one I have to use the 14 oz size and the 6 oz side to accomplish the same volume.

CARM: Coffee Maker worked as adverised, EXCEPT that it leaks water thru the front of the maker - only water flows out, none into the catcher unit, it bypasses all the internals and leaks out onto whatever the device is sitting on!
