JOSE CAVAZOS: Bought this for my mom, made for single cup use. No water storage on this unit. Pour the amount of water you would like to brew up to 12 ounces. Have to make sure the lid clicks otherwise you're gonna have some coffee to clean up, lol. Overall good buy.

jondoe: I bought this for a cheap coffee maker for my desk. My previous just under a hundred died a inglorious death the second time I used it. Not sure why it decided to go nuke and turn on the heating element with nothing in it but hey, who am I to question the motives of a coffee maker. This machine had the right price point, cheap, was well rated, and did I mention cheap? The first time I used this I neglected to push the pod down so it didn't properly puncture. Was treated to a nice hot grainy cup of Joe with a mess to clean up. I learn quick, next couple of times I seated the pod and heard a noticeable click. Yes! It punctured. Just like my tires once a year cause LA freeways. I read this cool little cheap machine can take the coffee grounds insert basket thingy. Awesome! Until it wasn't. First time using the insert was magical. I heard stars saw sirens and all was well with the world. The second time. Not so much. Maybe I got to excited to motivated to full of LUST for my caffeine fix. And I over floweth my basket with the exilur of life, coffee. Cause the top of the machine popped and it kept spitting out water. Drat. Coffee came out good, no extra grounds in the cup but gosh darn...

DB: This has been a good replacement for my earlier at-work K-cup machine.
It's reliable, doesn't leak, works pretty fast, and small in size.
Cons; Will only make a small cup of coffee and fit small mugs. So a taller insulated mug won't work.
Otherwise it's good.

David Harper: I was tired of my Keurig Elite taking up huge swaths of counter space in the kitchen when it only got used two or three times a day. Enter a month-long search for a smaller model. This one was very small and came with decent reviews.
After almost a month of using it, I'm pretty happy with it. I took it through the manual's recommended washing before first use and haven't gotten any kind of 'plastic' taste from it. It uses the reusable k-cup filters well, and is simple to use. The coffee or tea comes out hot enough for me and tastes as good as any other coffee machine.
The downsides: you have to fill the resevoir every time you want a cup, and it uses all the water in it to make that cup. I keep a dedicated measuring cup next to it just for that purpose and it works well - coffee mugs aren't great at pouring neatly. It also takes around two minutes to heat up the water, so it's best to start it before you need the coffee. Other than that, I'm happy with it - it definitely takes up less counter space and I still get my coffee without much trouble.

Amazon Customer: I have been enjoying my mixpresso since purchasing it in middle of December. I was slightly nervous about the little amount of water required but it makes a good amount and the coffee is always nice and fresh. The design is not the sturdiest so I do hope it lasts. Time will tell but right now it’s doing it’s job, not taking up to much space; and making a tasty cup of coffee !
