J. H.: Update: I absolutely love this brush and why didn’t I buy one sooner? I can’t believe how much cat hair I’ve brushed out of my cats this week. My other cat brush will probably only be used for massive shedding seasons at this point. This brush is worth using daily or a couple times a week. And as much hair as I’ve removed from them, it’s clear to me why my cat was constantly throwing up hairballs even tho the other brush didn’t pull out hair. I haven’t seen a hairball since I bought this.
Original review: This pairs really well with my other, bigger cat brush. I can brush and brush with that one, but eventually I stop pulling much hair out even tho there’s plenty more I can pinch out - their undercoat is dense and fine. This one has helped brush that fur out. Additionally, and super important for my big dandruffy cat, is that it seems to pull out loose dandruff and oils better because those are stuck to the undercoat. My biggest cat isn’t overweight, just huge, and he’s never been one to clean himself much, AND he has bad dandruff.
