MiO Energy Strawberry Pineapple Liquid Water Flavoring Drops - Enhance Your Hydration!

Lori Brown: I've had to cut back on my coffee intake because I don't react well to the high acid content. These drops add a nice flavor to my water, while giving me the caffeine boost I need. A bottle of drops lasts me about 10 uses in a water bottle that holds 16oz (two squirts per use). I like mine to have a fairly strong flavor, though, so it might last someone who uses less for a bit longer. My only warning is that all of these sugar free drops use at least one type or another of sugar alcohols to sweeten them. Too much of them can cause digestive issues and some types of sugar alcohols have a tendency to cause more issues. So, if you're not sure how you'll respond to them, take it easy and don't drink too much at once. I find I can manage two bottles of flavored water a day before I have any issues. I do appreciate, however, that Mio doesn't use artificial sweeteners like aspartame, as they cause me to have headaches. All in all, very pleased with these flavor drops and the price is decent, as well.

Ashley N’cole: I’m in love with this product since I am currently on my weight loss journey. I like water but sometimes I really would like some kind of fruit juice but all the carbs can hinder my progress. This is definitely a great alternative when you are sick of drinking water all day.
