M Cashman: Battery arrived in a poorly protective box. Electrodes were bent and some scratches on the battery body. The company was very quick to send another battery out which also had bent electrodes, but I was able to straighten them enough to use.
Battery powers my trolling motor very well.

Megan B.Megan B.: The batteries are well made and came fast. However one of the two I purchased arrived with a small dent along the bottom edge. It seems to be OK even with the small damage. But when I put it into service and it started to be recharged, it started to leak. It's listed as refundable or replaceable, but when you try to do a do this in the app, you start to get a runaround from the system. Ask for a return and get " this item is not returnable" click on refund and get " you can't ask for a refund because you have not submitted for a return". Keeps going in a loop. I did manage to get a message sent to the seller. Will update when I hear back.
UPDATE 8/4/22
The seller has been extremely helpful and fast to respond. They shipped a new replacement battery. I received it about a week ago and now have the two batteries (the new replacement and the good one from the original shipment) installed and they are working great. I recommend buying from this seller as the shipping issues could happen from any seller, but not all sellers will be so helpful.
