sarahgee: power control switch is sticky sometimes, otherwise easy to use. 3 stars for reliability - we had turned the switch off on the lower power control and could not get it to turm back on. by a fluke, we tried again and again and it turned on. now we will never turn it off again.
this happened about 13 months after purchase, seller did not respond to customer service inquiry at this time. customer service was good when we were searching to replace the original control.

Larry M.: Replaced old controller with this one. Installation was relatively easy. This unit has a forward/reverse feature which the old unit did not have. Just be sure that the dip switches are set in the same configuration as those on the old unit and you should be good to go!
