Customer service was extremely polite and responsive. You can buy with confidence as they stand by their products. I submitted an inquiry to Customer Service and they responded twice in one day that is truly Excellent Customer Service and resolved my inquiry.
I am very glad that Health and Home produces this product for the U.S. market which is not easy to find.
This equipment will give me the option to make omelets, taiwanese wheel cake / japanese obanyaki pancakes, glutinous rice cakes and many more... Look forward to cooking with it.
In testing the Temperature, it does get hot fast, so the On/Off switch might be needed to slow down the temperature at certain points of the cooking. I am sure with some practice, we can figure it out.
Hopefully in the future, they can built in a low, medium and high temperature option.

I bought this machine because I want to make the red bean / custard wheel cake. I love this machine so much. it's a perfect size to make the wheel cake / Obanyaki. easy to clean, good quality, machine size are small. everything is good.. I deduce 1 STAR is because of the temperature control. this machine only have ON and OFF button. I have to turn the machine ON and OFF a couples of time while I'm cooking. If this machine have a control button then it'll be perfect. If you leave it ON it can get very HOT!
