Paul: It charges, it tells you charge level on LCD, it tells you if batteries have errors charging, the batteries it comes with seem ok. I've seen some rechargeable aa batteries with 4600 mah on amazon, I'm gonna try some of those with it, it's hot today. The sky is blue did you know that.... zzz.

SPC: I thought that I had purchased a 12 pack of really bad batteries, when charged they wouldn’t last half a day, I was only using them in a computer mouse. I was upset because these particular batteries had great reviews - reading further I realized I needed a fast battery charger. This charger is perfect, it not only came with 8 more of the same batteries I previously ordered but it charges very fast and the charge last a long time. I always felt guilty throwing away batteries, I used rechargeables but always kept non-rechargeable batteries as back up now I won’t have too. The LCD screen gives you a lot of battery status information.

Amazon Customer: Got the charger and the batteries suggested. Charger charges them till theyre full, but if you unplug it and plug it back in, itll say there not quite full yet and start toping off the batteries. I did this for 3 rounds. Not sure what to think about that. Also the batteries dont last as long as I thought they would but hey they are rechargeable? Got plenty of batteries for the price. So overall 3.5 stars from me.

Fat Guy in the Forest: Coming to the “battery age” we wanted to become more responsible with disposable batteries. So I thought I would give these a try. So far very convenient and batteries last a good amount when charged. No problems to speak of. Batteries will pay for themselves over time.
