FMC: We decided on this unit since it was priced right and matched our existing front door hardware. Only after we installed it and set the open code did we realize that this unit does not have an automatic re-lock feature. We purchased a less expensive Amazon branded unit that did include the auto re-lock option but it was not available in the color that we needed.

Ash: Bought one a year ago and when it stopped working I replaced it with the same one since my kids knew how to work it. It’s been less than a year and the second one also has stopped. Not worth it.

Dora: I was skeptical because the price was so good in comparison to the name brands. I was wrong! This lock works great and the lock feature is one button (my last name brand one you had to put in the combo to lock or unlock). Overall this works great and the price was reasonable. Thinking of getting one for my back door too!

Brian M. Edwards: I read a lot of reviews before buying, and discounted most of the bad reviews as poor installations or lack of understanding in how a smart-lock works.
However, I now agree with a lot of the one star reviews, that this is a poor quality, poorly designed product and too unstable to use.
Cosmetically, it look as good as some of the high end smart locks and didn't take too long to install.
I found though that the installation guide is incomplete and a bit confusing.
The interior part really needs another bolt to hold it securely
That means the exterior section could be prised off with a screwdriver.
Once all set up, it often just made a loud buzzing instead of opening or closing.
The keypad illumination is unacceptably dim, even in pitch dark situations.
Another observation is that the motor seems to eat up the batteries and I doubt that they will last beyond a few weeks.
Conclusion, there are too many negatives and that makes this an unacceptable product.
I ordered a different Brand which was the same price, installed without any issues in less that 20 minutes and works perfectly.
So I am returning this (less the plain brown...
