Alice: Nice little knife for a keychain ring. Made in the Czech Republic, it reminds me of the unique items you can buy at the tourist gift shops in Europe. Jonathan D'Souza: The Mikov Rybička (little fish) is a very unique pocket knife. I bought the knife because it has a very interesting handle, it had a hole for a lanyard, and it was very cheap. I use the knife for cutting fruits in my orchard, collecting mushrooms, and collecting vegetables from my garden.
However, there are some bad things this knife. FIRST, the blade is very dull when it come from the factory. So, be prepared to sharpen the blade. The blade is made from stainless steel, but it is easy to sharpen. SECOND, the blade dulls very quickly. If you are using this knife for cutting cloth, paper, cardboard, leather, or any other strong/heavy materials; then the knife's edge will wear out very fast. THIRD, the knife's "chrome handles" tarnish very fast if you use the knife on a daily basis. FOURTH, the knife's blade is quite thin. So DO NOT use the knife for any heavy duty work: prying open cans/bottles, cutting cardboard, cutting strong plastic, puncturing metal, or cutting woody branches that have a diameter greater than 6 mm.
Overall, I am satisfied with the Mikov Rybička.
