Great battery. Replace your UPS battery at least every 3 years or it may not protect you from a glitch. Plug an play if you can handle a screwdriver, just don't short the terminals of this or any other batter - even if you think its dead. Batteries are more dangerous than guns unless you know what you are doing. Remove your rings before starting work.

a lesson learned:
I ordered this in September 2015. In November 2015, I ordered a replacement 12v 7aH battery from a gate company. Since installation, I noticed that the gate was moving slower than normal, but anyone with an electric drive gate can tell you that any movement is a good thing. Obviously this battery doesn't have the macho under load. It would drop all the way down to 7v under load. That is pathetic. It got to the point where it would wear right down and wouldn't fully open or close the gate an then just died. With no load it would go back up, so it is charging. That is the second bad mighty max battery I have had, not necessarily from this provider. That is enough to make me avoid it in the future.
