mark: I am not a battery expert and did not know that there are 2 terminal sizes for these types of batteries. The description says Fios but does warn about matching terminal size. This battery has an F1 connector whereas my Fios box has the slightly wider F2 connector. This battery should work but now i need to spend an additional $6 for F1 to F2 adapters

Amazon Customer: Had one of these last 4 years with no problem. After it went bad I ordered a new one and it didn't last a year. I ordered another one and checked the one that didn't last the year. It was at 11.3 volts (full charge should be around 13-14 volts with no load)
I put it on a trickle charger and it works fine. So now I have two to swap back and forth as necessary.
If you get a battery that doesn't seem like it's lasting a long time, it's probably not the battery that's defective, it's more likely a problem with the AT&T equipment.

charnjit brar: I haven’t used the battery . It is the same as the one I wanted to replace. My old battery is still good. I will keep the new one as a spare.

SD: Great replacement battery for phone back-up, much more affordable than Verizon battery. Lasts about 2 years. Just no easy recycling - I have to go to Best Buy to recycle.....
