RedRed: This this is THE TRUTH!! Perfect fit, it’s so comfortable, I forget I have it on. I didn’t order up, I ordered my normal size and I have no complaints. I ordered a sweat gel to accompany my waist trainer and I love when I take it off, it lets me see all the excess water I’m getting rid of! I would most definitely purchase this item again!! Btw…the bonus bands give me that extra workout I need!

Scarlet: It doesn’t cover your whole torso and it was too small. I usually get a large and it wraps around but this one it barely closed so I would say size up. The bands are good though.
