Only drawback is the noise. It's louder than other options.

I've used this little Pancake Air Compressor several times since it was delivered, and I like it. The only issues that I've had are that it's loud, and it draws a lot of power, enough to blow the 15 amp circuit breaker. My workaround has been to run the compressor off my generator's 20 amp outlet outside and wear ear plugs.

It works really well. I have used my impact wrench with it several times, and helps quickly fill up over-sized truck tires. My only complaint is that this thing is definitely deafening to use. I have to put on ear protection to use it.
