Ferretocious: Perfect! Set up is super easy and uncomplicated so even those new to using smart plugs will have no trouble. Just make sure you have your router password correct. I didn't and then quickly realized I was missing a character!
I REALLY appreciate that these have a higher max amperage than most other plugs. Note this is EXTREMELY important if you are intending to use one of these with something like a 1500 watt electric fireplace like I am doing. I didn't know about max amps when I first bought one of these plugs and used a 10A max one when my fireplace draws 12.5A! It ended up shorting out the outlet and the plug melted!!! So be safe!
If the device you are wanting to use with a smart plug does not list its amperage you can easily calculate it by dividing watts by volts. IE, my fireplace is 1500 watts and 120 volts. 1500/120 = 12.5 amps.
Also note that not all devices will work with these plugs. Some things like newer coffee makers and televisions will stay off once the power is cut to them and have to be manually turned back on. So to test if a device will work have it "ON", unplug it and replug it. If it comes back on then the plug will work to turn it on and...

Frank B. Felty: I've had this for a few weeks now and so far have not been able to get it to work. I sent a message to the company for help. The contacted me back and said that it would be forwarded on to tech support and to date it's been over two weeks and no one has contacted me back to help me out. I read all the reviews and the majority were excellent, but it always seems to happen to me. Connecting it was going great and I loved the help on setting it up, but when I got to one part that asks me to sign in with user and password, it said my password was incorrect. The thing is, I wrote that password down in my password book and the one I am trying to enter is the exact password that I first set it up with. I cannot go any further as there is no place where I can go and change a password and try again. Finally I deleted the meross app from my phone and hopefully today I'm going to try and reinstall and see if it will let me re-enter everything and start completely over or will it be one of these that remembers your email and password even though I now have deleted the app. If it works I will update my review and if it doesn't I'll update another review. If this thing works I want to buy more...

The largest # are these mini smart switches, the MSS110 models. They're set to operate lights on schedule or from my phone, plus one very important function: I have an AC unit in my winter home that sometimes freaks out when temps get to 120 in the summer and internal pressure sensors shut the system down. And it doesn't come back! The only solution is to unplug power to the control board, count to ten, and re-energize, which is kind of hard to do from a thousand miles away. Having a Meross MSS110 between the wall socket and plug fixes the problem. I can reboot from afar. On average I've done this twice each of the last two summers. In the photo, you'll see the AC switch, plus an already-configured spare velcro-ed above. If the in-use AC Meross goes haywire for any reason, I can show this photo to my caretaker and get it swapped out.
