Have been buying this candy for a few years now and its great. Have bought Wilton's and it S___ks. Cheryl Sutter: It’s the hottest month of the year in Arizona but I need to stick up for Christmas. I said “eh if it’s melted it’s fine it’s melting chocolate I’ll just really temper and use”. It came quick and in an insulated package with ice packs. I ordered this product twice and both times it came in august in Arizona and wasn’t melted one bit! The chocolate melts smooth and tastes great. I have found a new source for my needs!

Brenda C: I have been using the white chocolate to cover peanut butter balls as several of my husband's co-workers are diabetic and they like it better. I have a harder time getting it to melt smoothly vs milk chocolate, but that may be my inexperience and I own that. I have found melting small amounts in a measuring cup in the microwave worked better than my improvised double boiler. I'm not a white chocolate fan, but I have tasted it and it's has good flavor, is always fresh and covers well. The cost of the white chocolate is a little more than the milk/dark chocolate, but when using it to make gifts, I'm willing to spend a little more for quality over quanitity. I have frozen it from year to year if I have extra and it works well, just let it thaw and it is as good as the day I recieved it. You will NOT find this any cheaper than at Amazon, I have tried, and Amazon offers the best price per pound.
