Bucky Holtz: Face it. When you're willing to pay nearly 30 Euro for a ”tried and true" quality brand of chocolate, you expect a lot.
What I didn't expect was to receive "White Chocolate Flavored" Ghirardelli's chocolate! (I wouldn't know what to do with it and I haven't trusted "chocolate flavored" anything since Hershey's changed their "Genuine Chocolate Syrup" to "Chocolate Flavored Syrup" and then replaced the sugar with high-fructose corn syrup! But I digress.)
I am a stickler for quality, so I contacted the seller immediately.
Anyone can make an error. Correcting it quickly and politely is class.
My replacement chocolate was in the mail in a couple of days, with a little "sorry for your trouble" treats and samples from the coffee company. I not ONLY highly rate Ghirardelli's Sweet chocolate, but the seller, Coffeefair Kaffeegroßhandel Kaffeeservice, as well.
