InfrequentShopper: This story is literally about the family going to Church for Easter, the Sunday School kids dyeing the eggs, then the parents hiding the Easter Eggs in front of the kids. If that follows your personal beliefs, this is a perfect book for you.
Unfortunately my family is non-religious, so this story is not relevant. I've heard the Little Critter stories have become more church-centric in recent years, and I agree. In the end I gave it to a friend's kids who are religious, rather than bother returning it.
