We have been searching for a bunk bed for a while, and based on reviews and our budget we picked this one. Once we received the 2 boxes of parts I was thinking what did I get myself into. I went back to the reviews and saw it took most people about a day to get it put together. I didn't have that time, and I'm happy to say I got it put together in about 3 hours. I did need help getting the top bunk up but, it wasn't too hard. Since this was at night I didn't notice a crack on the foot board of the top bunk until the next afternoon. After contacting customer support, I believe I spoke to Stephanie, they sent me a new box with the new foot board and told me to keep the additional pieces as back up. Super quick service and customer support!

My kids absolutely love this bunkbed. It took us six hours to put together, but the bunkbed part is super sturdy and worth the money. I wish the instructions on the stairs were better because I know they should be just as sturdy as the bed but they are not, and it could be user error, but the instructions were super hard to follow when it came to the stairs.

I definitely have to make sure my eight year old twins are not too aggressive or rough with us as it with Snap that wood easily if they were to pull or hang on it in the wrong way. Which I know they shouldn’t be doing anyways but kids will be kids. So I don’t think it’s the best quality. It reminds me a lot of poor IKEA quality.
