Tristan N. Mckinnis: I thought this was great quality but I just got it out for the new season, and the side busted open. Oh dear, no good. All my Melnor plastic nozzles have broken after a single season.

reeder: And this one is more stylish than my ones from the big box store, but I only use Melnor now, they don't break they don't leak, EVER, if yours is leaking it's probably the other side of the connection cause all I know is my plumbers tape is gathering dust, it's such a relief when I change out my tenants hoses when they break not to bother with plumbers tape, I'll keep only buying Melnor, if I ever need to buy more but probably not cause they'll probably outlast me too!

J. Huntington: The media could not be loaded.  This is a great sprayer. It's comfortable to hold, has a great selection of sprays, and the hinge to bend it 90 degrees is ingenious. I purchased this twice. The first I must have dropped onto concrete, because I broke it. It was such a great sprayer, I didn't think twice about ordering it again. I was a lot more careful with this one, but somehow it sprang a leak at the hinge - see the video I attached. I can't figure a way to remove or replace the black button on the hinge to reseat it properly. I can no longer use it without getting soaked. Other purchasers have said that they received quick responses when they had problems and contacted Melnor. I contacted them through their website when the leaking started a few weeks ago and I haven't heard from them - perhaps they monitor Amazon reviews more closely than their website and they'll contact me here. I'm disappointed with the durability, but may order a third, because when it works it works so well.

Dr. JDr. J: UPDATE ANOTHER YEAR:
Okay so this is the first sprayer I pulled out for the next year and surprise IT WORKS! Everything twists and turns and there are no leaks! It’s really friendly for anyone with arthritis. My mom has a lot of dexterity issues because of arthritis and this is the easiest sprayer she’s ever used that she replace all of hers at her house with these!

If you garden, I recommend this sprayer because you will not have to deal with leaks and throwing it away every year. But if you have older folks or people with arthritis then this is a must for them! If someone has bad eyesight this is easy to read the setting too! Buy it so they’ll enjoy gardening again!

Update...used this sprayer all summer and it did an excellent job plus it didn’t leak all season. Love the handle for on/off so easy to use! We’ll see what year two brings!
So really easy to read (see pic) and know the setting you’re on. My biggest gripe is what’s the point of the quick connect when you only send half? It makes it (the quick connect feature!) totally useless! There’s no snap on/off when you get 50% of the device to make it work, but that doesn’t mean the sprayer...
